    Description

    A cool hip flask made by Gorham of sterling silver. This flask has a bottom portion that can be pulled off, and, I believe, can double as a cup! The bad: it's monogrammed on the front and on the cap; it is also dented in a few spots, particularly on the bottom, so it doesn't always stand straight. The good: The top screws and unscrews well, the cork is still inside the cap, and the glass is not damaged in any way. Also, many similar examples I see online do not have the fancy filigree-styled silver lining on the top half of the flask. I can only assume that this top part could often get damaged or removed for some reason. However, in this piece it is all intact and looks lovely.
    This flask measures about 6 1/4 inches tall, 3 1/4 inches wide, and 1 1/2 inches thick.
