I offer you a professional American VCO generator from the well-known Avantek company.
Oscillator type S08-2110
The oscillator was designed to work in military radiocommunication and radiolocation equipment.
It has much better parameters than most commercial oscillators available on the market.
The oscillator is very stable and although it is designed to operate at a temperature from -55 ° C to + 85 ° C, the total temperature detuning is less than 45MHz (at room temperature, after pre-heating, the oscillator flows a single tens of kHz for an hour).
At the same time, thanks to the design of the resonant circuit, the oscillator has a virtually linear tuning range, depending on the voltage. Despite this, it has low phase noise.
