not
give you all the options, including to combine shipping. Using a PC, add all your items to your cart. Then, do not pay - go to your cart - and in the top right above your items it will say "Request Total from Seller". Click this, and wait to get an invoice from me, with your discount. You must pay from this invoice. If items are paid for separately - I will not be able to discount after the fact, so please contact me, or Ebay if you are having trouble. If you still can't see the option - use a different browser (Chrome, Edge, Explorer). There are unforntunately gliches with all these browsers for Ebay, and it is just a problem that has not been able to be fixed.
Return Policy
: 30 days. Buyer pays return shipping, and must be received within 30 days of receipt in same condition. Refunds are only given, for returned items.
Damaged Items
: If your item is damaged - it likely will not need to be returned. However, there are things necessary for refund. Take several photos of the item, with the original packaging - showing the damage. This must be sent to me, via Ebay Messages to document the damage - so that I can make a claim. You will get a refund when this is completed - usually the same day photos are received. Please take clear in-focus photos. Damaged items need to be reported ASAP - not within 30 days...30 days is for a "return", not a damaged item.
Handling Time
: This is when your item is due to ship. It requires 2 full business days to put your item in the mail. This does not included weekends, or postal holidays. Most the time, they will go sooner, but we have a "buffer" of this time frame.
Shipping Carriers
: 99% of the time - your item will go the way it was meant to ship. However, sometimes packages are heavier than expected/estimated, or they had to go in a bigger box, to allow for more packing material to protect the item. Sometimes - you may pay for Priority - but it may make more sense to ship it UPS or FedEx Home Delivery. If the timing of the delivery remains about the same or earlier - the SELLER has the right to change the shipping method. Most the time it is because the price has gone too high on the original method - and it is cheaper to go another way. Post office is running slow anyway - and usually UPS and FedEx is faster, so it should not delay your package, if this has to be done. This usually only applies to larger, breakable objects, and does not happen often - but occassionally.
