    Description

    General Radio Military Frequency Calibrator
    Dual section precision Tuning assembly
    Cast aluminum housing, super stable construction, worm drive gearing mechanism.
    Original equipment labels shown will be included with this tuning assembly.
    Removed from a 1942 General Radio "Combined Heterodyne Freq. Meter and Crystal Controlled Calibrator Equipment".
    Capacitor value front section: open 99 picofarad, closed 293 picofarad
    Capacitor value rear section: open 104 picofarad, closed 306 picofarad.
    Each section has a 25 picofarad trimmer that was open when the above measurement was made.
    The rear section has an additional trimmer that will allow the two sections to be matched.
    25 total turns to go from open to closed
    Size: 7.5" wide, 7" high, and 9" deep, add 1.5" for the three shaft length.
