In this auction we offer:
I am offering you a microwave oscillator designed for use in military radio communication equipment.
The oscillator is tuned in the range from 2 to 2.8 GHz with a mechanical dielectric tuner.
Due to the use of a stable mechanical structure and a dielectric resonator, the oscillator has very low noise and good frequency stability.
The oscillator is equipped with a frequency stabilization system by the method of signal injection.
In the side module (the one with the SMB connector) there is a multiplier with a charge diode that duplicates and feeds the signal to the resonator chamber.
Thanks to this technique, we avoid complications of the PLL loop.
The incoming signal can be in the range of 100-300MHz.
In the cavity of the resonator there is also a capacitive diode used to tune the oscillator in a small range, enabling modulation (it can be used for a modern PLL loop).
The oscillator is made on a medium-power transistor.
The oscillator's output power is approximately 100 to 200mW, depending on the supply voltage and frequency.
Thanks to this, it is possible to work directly with a microwave multiplier without additional amplifiers.

After replacing the transistor in the oscillator with the BFR96S transistor, the oscillator works in the range of 3 to 3.2 GHz with a power of about 30mW (modification of one of our clients).
Oscillator power supply from -15 to -24V (diagram in the photo).
The oscillator is tuned on a micrometer screw, which makes fine tuning possible.
Signal output: SMA type connector.
The offered oscillator is perfect for devices where the need to duplicate the frequency, because the noise range increases with the duplication of frequencies.
