Vintage Cut Glass Decanter and Sterling Silver / Glass Stopper. Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.  Hallmarks can be seen in photos.  This item is older and has some condition issues.  There are a few chips and scratches as well as some water stains or cloudiness on bottle. I've attempted to photo all this so please see all photos.  I don't see any hallmarks on the Glass but the sterling does have a hallmark i don't recognize.  Dimensions and hallmarks can be seen in photos.  Review listed pictures for further description and condition.  Any questions please ask,  thanks for looking.  Offers are welcome so feel free to make one.
